During the Core 4, you are simply introducing these Superfoods into your lifestyle and prepping your body for the 10 day cleanse ( if you choose that schedule), while bringing more awareness to your eating habits. These next 10 days, you are beginning to gently detoxify your body before deepening into the cleanse. By weaning yourself off of acidic and potentially harmful foods such as red meat, dairy, wheat, alcohol, coffee, packaged and processed foods now, you will have an easier and more joyful transformation experience.
You will begin to transition to a whole food and plant based lifestyle by adding these superfoods, more fruits and vegetables, drinking more spring water and eating smaller portions. Don’t starve your self! This program is NOT about deprivation, it’s about creating NEW healthy habits and improving your relationship with food, setting you up for LIFELONG success.
During days 11-20, you will increase your superfoods to 3 times a day and focus your diet on alkalizing fruits and vegetables, which we call FLEX FOODS (Flex foods are listed below).
Try to eat smaller portions and choose healthier options. For example, choose organic & non GMO foods and try switching to herbal tea instead of coffee. If you’re a heavy meat eater, switch to organic free range chicken or wild caught fish. Skip the sugary dessert and opt for fresh fruit or coconut based iced cream.
Eating healthy does NOT mean boring! There are so many delicious alternatives to some of our favorite comfort foods.

Flex Foods for the 10 Day Cleanse Portion
Flex Foods are your friend. Nutritious alkalizing foods rich in vitamins & minerals!
Extended Flex Food List:
During the 10 day superfood transformation, these flex foods may be eaten when you take your Super Aminos. The recommended portion is one cup of the fruits or veggies listed below. Avoid starchy fruits and vegetables such as bananas, potatoes, yams, etc. Always make sure to purchase organic and NON GMO fruits & veggies.
Flex Beverages:
These can be used in shakes or drink separately. Unless it's herbal tea, a flex beverage will be in lieu of a flex food.

Congratulations! Now what?
Once you complete the accelerated 10 day superfood transformation, it is important that you transition back into daily life in a way that sustains your results! The accelerated cleanse is meant to be a gateway into your healthy new lifestyle, one that is cleansing and nourishing on a daily basis. After your 10 day cleanse, you will continue to eat flex foods and add 1- 2 lifestyle meals a day as you gently integrate back into your new eating habits
Continue with 2 x Power Shakes, 2 x of Amino Acids, 2 x Biome Medic, 1 x Tart Cherry, 1 Lifestyle Meal and continue to enjoy Flex Foods with your Aminos.
Continue this protocol until you reach your goals and then remain on Core 4 ( plus other superfoods depending on goals ) while maintaining a healthy, organic whole foods diet.
Detox Symptoms: What they are and why we feel them
Sometimes people may experience constipation or bloating during this program, that is ok and totally normal. This is what happens as the toxins are being bound and pulled out of our system. Make sure that you are drinking at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water every day. If you still feel backed up and constipated for more than 2 days it is recommended to either use a “Smooth Move” or organic diuretic tea to help get things moving, an enema or colonic are also supportive to help the process and alleviate the symptoms.
